RENTAL CLEANING
Advance Cleaning Services prepares your rental property for immediate occupation and handover to the next resident. Specifications vary from job to job, however the following is a general checklist for our final clean:
We remove all tape and stickers from glass and frames.
We remove any paint splashes from electrical fittings and sanitary ware.
We clean and shine the inside and outside surfaces of all windows/frames and sliding glass doors.
We remove and dispose of all rubbish, dirt and debris from the interior of the property.
We clean and polish all kitchen cabinets and countertops.
We will vacuum the inside of all cabinets.
We polish all cabinets, vanities, stained woodwork and stainless steel.
We will clean and shine all electrical fixtures and trim. We will also clean all timber base, architraves and sills.
Cleaning of all shelving.
Cleaning of all exterior doors, including the threshold.
Cleaning and shining all interior doors.
Cleaning and mopping all tile floors using shine and conditioner.
Vacuuming and dusting of floors and walls.
